Brenda is the epitomy of energy, hard work, integrity and creativity in every aspect of the real estate transaction.

Being born and raised in the Durham Region, I started my sales career at the age of 18 selling Tupperware at home parties.

I studied at Durham College and graduated with an Office Systems Administration diploma in 1987. I understand the importance and impact of technology in today’s changing marketplace. I believe that Flatprice.ca Real Estate Brokerage is the wave of the future.  It not only gets sellers properties on MLS, but it also gives sellers the option of negotiating the services and expertise of a real estate agent at a fraction of the cost. I have worked every aspect of the real estate transaction, representing both buyers and sellers, in residential and commercial deals.

I will use my experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. I believe in maintaining communication in every detail of the transaction from the first phone call all the way to the close and into the move.

I am a devoted mother of 4 beautiful women.  For relaxation,  I like to spend time with friends and family enjoying good food, fine wine and great conversations, with a little travel thrown in here and there.
