Basic rules to add properties

It’s simple to list your property

1. Click Login/Register on the left.
2. Decide whether you want a free listing or an upgraded MLS listing.
3. Click “List Your Property” on the top right.
4. Add all of your listing information.
5. Add pictures of your property. The best dimensions to ensure your images are displayed their best is 870 x 490
6. Purchase your package if you want an upgraded MLS listing.
7. Once payment is received, the paperwork will be sent to you via email.
8. Once you sign the paperwork, send it to the agent you are assigned to.
9. Your listing will be on MLS/Realtor.ca with in 1-3 business days from the time you send us the paperwork.
10. Show your property and save thousands in commission!!!!!
